01.Pre-Nursery
In the pre-nursery phase, oil palm seeds are germinated and grown in small polybags for about 2-3 months. During this stage, the seedlings are carefully monitored for root and shoot development, ensuring they are healthy before being transferred to the main nursery.

02.Main Nursery
Once the seedlings have outgrown the pre-nursery bags, they are transplanted into larger polybags in the main nursery, where they will remain for 10-12 months. Here, they receive more intensive care, including regular watering, fertilization, and pest control, until they are ready for field planting.
Two Phase Nursery: Pre-Nursery & Main Nursery
13 Block of Nursery
We have 13 blocks of nursery that differ in size, size, grandeur, and time. This system refers to the method of organizing the nursery area into 13 different sections, each designated for a specific growth or care stage of oil palm seedlings. This approach allows us to better manage and monitor the seedlings, ensuring that each block receives care tailored to the growth phase. By dividing the nursery, it becomes easier to track progress, address issues, and optimize resources such as water, fertilizer, and space for optimal seedling development.
Systematic Watering System
Using a watering system to ensure that oil palm seedlings receive a consistent and sufficient supply of water, promoting healthy growth without over- or under-watering. These systems usually involve automatic or controlled irrigation methods that distribute water evenly throughout the nursery block. By regulating water flow and scheduling, it helps maintain optimal soil moisture levels, reduces water wastage, and prevents issues such as waterlogging or drought stress on seedlings.
